Vacancies for Building Structures

We seek to recruit for our client, a Chartered Structural Engineer with a proven background in all forms of building structures design. Our client is a successful firm of consulting engineers with offices based near the South Coast. With a strong client base and an expanding future workload they are looking to make this key appointment.

The successful candidate will be a Chartered Engineer and will be capable of heading up the structural workload of our client’s West Sussex offices. For this role, you must have the following qualities:

• An extensive building structures design background in all common materials.
• Being able to run projects of various sizes from inception to completion.
• The ability to motivate and mentor a small team of Engineers and Technicians.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for future career progression as it is envisaged that a successful candidate might expect rapid promotion to Associate level.

A generous salary will be offered to the succusseful Engineer, which will be negotiable depending on the individual, but is likely to be in the region of £40-50,000 p.a. + benefits.
