| Job Description: | Our client is a leading multi disciplined consultancy with offices throughout the UK & Overseas. They have a thriving Berkshire based office and are now looking to make a key strategic appointment in their M&E Department. They seek to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their team. Reporting to the main board Director, you will be oversee all types of sizeable M&E projects currently being undertaken. You are likely to have a good 'business brain' and be expected to act upon leads to both maintain and grow the departments business further. You will be a self starter, have good team leading skills and will oversee a small team of Engineers in your department. You will be given a good deal of autonomy and encouraged to grow and build the team further around you. The right person is likely to have a good degree, preferably Chartered, with an extensive background in the Project Management of buildings related M&E schemes. The position will be based in Berkshire, but the role will involve working from time to time in our clients other South East offices, including London. This position provides excellent prospects for rapid progression for the right individual. A generous salary will be paid to the successful person and this will be negotiable, reflecting the candidates level of experience / ability etc. (but likely to be in the region of £50-65,000 p.a. + benefits).
