Our client is a respected medium sized consultancy with a busy regional office in Hertfordshire. They currently have an exceptional opportunity for a proven Building Structures Engineer / Manager to join them in a key position of Associate Director.

This is an extremely important appointment for our client and is seen as key to the future success of the Hertfordshire office. The role will be focussed on leading a talented team of Engineers and Technicians and providing the drive, determination and motivation to take the structures department forward.

You will have a strong business brain too, with a good working knowledge of financial resourcing and accounts.
