[COVID 19] - RECRUITMENT UPDATE
Like many industries in the UK, the Civil / Traffic & Transportation Engineering Consultancies have been hit hard by the global Coronavirus pandemic. Understandably, the vast majority of companies have had to put a freeze on recruitment during this difficult and uncertain time.
However, many companies are now beginning to fully or partially return to their offices after either working from home or their staff being furloughed. Whilst some companies have already made redundancies or have difficult decisions to make regarding future staff levels when the governments furlough scheme comes to an end, there are many other consultancies that remain very busy.
If you are in the situation where you have recently been made redundant, you feel like your present role may be in jeopardy, or indeed after having had the opportunity to reflect in recent months you would simply like to make a change, we would strongly encourage you to get in contact with ourselves at Willis White Associates.
We believe that over the coming weeks and months, as the country gets back to a more normal setting, the confidence will continue to return and we will be handling more and more vacancies from our clients. If we have your CV registered with us, we will be in an excellent position to inform you as soon as an appropriate position becomes available.
With over 25 years recruiting in the Civil and Transportation sectors for Consulting Engineers, we have seen several recessions come and go, so have plenty of knowledge and experience of how to find the best ways to emerge stronger following difficult times.
