Our client is a highly successful and expanding Structural / Civil engineering consultancy based in North London
They are currently looking for a BIM/Revit Structural Technician to undertake 2D/3D modelling of their structural engineering schemes including the preparation of general arrangement layouts, sections and details. You will be required to develop the models and plans with support from their Engineers developing details from their sketches and 3D design models to complete working drawings. You will also assist the team with issuing drawings, responding to queries, administration, liaising with external companies etc.
You will ideally have an HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or Building Studies and will have already worked in a similar position. You will be competent in using AutoCAD and Revit. A knowledge and aptitude for Navisworks and undertaking RC detailing would be advantageous. You will also have good numerical and verbal/written communication skills.
Our client offers a competitive salary (which will be negotiable depending on ability / experience etc., but likely to be in the region of £34-40,000 p.a.) with an excellent benefits package and annual performance related bonus.
