This thriving Traffic / Transportation / Civil Consultancy based in Hampshire require a talented Transport Planner to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing technical support and managing projects to the Transportation Planning team in preparing Transport Assessments / Statements, Travel Plans and carrying out feasibility studies in both the private and public sector.
The ideal person will have an M.Sc. in Transport Planning or Civil Engineering. preferably 2 years + industry experience with a consultancy. You will have working knowledge of as many of the following as possible:
AutoCAD, AutoTrack, ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, LINSIG, TRANSYT, GIS
Good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
This position provides excellent scope for continued career progression. A generous salary, which is entirely dependent on ability / experience etc. will be offered, but is likely to be in the region of £25-35,000 p.a. + benefits).
